At the 5th member congress of China Association of Worker Education and Vocational Training on June 9, the results of the selection of outstanding enterprise trainers and team leaders in 2011 were unveiled. As a result, Xie Chang of No. 2 engine plant and Li Guohua of the foundry of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. were honored as national outstanding team leaders.

According to the source, the event selected 95 outstanding enterprise trainers and 80 outstanding team leaders, all of which are from famous enterprises across the country. Xie and Li were the only winners of the title from Guangxi.
